Not reading the background of the situation or even the dude, but I work with mental health people. And some folks with mental health concerns are able to have jobs like that, but there are certain triggers that can set them off at times.
If Im an employee there I'll be on high alert. Just never know with these white folks and losing their job.
Average worker in America if we're being honest.
I'm sympathetic to people with mental disorders but how many times have WE been helped when going through distress? Shit...police are usually called and there will be a funeral in a week.

I feel ya man. Thats why I do what I do. There's a stigma in the black community in where getting mental health help is frowned upon. Anytime I see a fellow brother or sister going through some shit I immediately try to help them mentally instead of writing them off.

I've worked with disabled individuals for years and I'd be shocked if he isn't on the spectrum.

I’m on the fence about this. Punching himself in the face like that is somewhat indicative of mental illness. I would have done the same thing as homeboy, except I’m not big on videoing. But I would have felt bad later because I try to support those on the autism spectrum. Probably needs a job more in the back not dealing with customers.
