hmm.. I've been boycotting HBO since they canceled Rome... maybe it is time to give up my struggle..

Danny McBride made a movie last year called:
FOOT, FIST, FIGHT
It the same exact story as the show except he's an asshole ex world class martial artist that now runs a shitty little dojo in the suburbs...
Still chases pussy and abuses kids.
Somehow 1 1/2 hours of the character doesn't play as well as 1/2 hour intervals. Also, much less cursing in the movie (which is about the best part of Kenny 'Fuckin' Powers).
Check it out. It's available on Netflix and Blockbuster.

Danny McBride is the truth. Improv actor making a huge breakthrough in recent years. His delivery is like that of a funny (and clueless) Billy Bob Thornton.

The Foot Fist Way was a terrific ultra-low-budget film made by him and his buddies that showcased his talents. Led to bits in major studio productions Tropic Thunder and Pineapple Express.

His pal, Jody Hill, directed (and co-starred in) this film and also worked on the series, and recently did the raucous Observe and Report.
