Anyone here ever renovated a coop in NYC?

May be closing on a co-op in the BX. Was looking to see if anyone renovated their place (no gutting, more rip and replace).

Looking to renovate the floors
Bathroom (mostly tiles and add a bidet)
Kitchen (cabinets, quartz counter, new appliances)

Anyone done something similar?

Approval waiting time?
Cost?
Electric vs Gas stove?

Looking to see if anyone has any advise/referrals, if possible
