shit, i dont know when a good time to start back is. it's not like the shit gonna be much better a week from now. 2 weeks from now. maybe even a month from now. outside of a 4 am plyo session per week i might give the shit a shot next week. aint gonna get any better anytime soon.

Due to the Governor’s Executive Order in response to COVID-19 to temporarily suspend YMCA operations, all membership fees received during our closure (beginning April 2020 and continuing until our facilities reopen) will be considered charitable gifts since members are unable to utilize our facilities and enjoy full benefits of their membership. Additional program fees for virtual programming (examples include virtual preschool and personal training) are deemed “fees for service” and will not be considered charitable gifts since these programs/services involve direct benefits for the participant.
I called them up, and spoke to becky.....

that is EXACTLY why i do them..3x a week usually. lately been going to the track on base during lunchbreak on the wks i have to be in the office. when teleworking i find a football/baseball field in a nearby park.Gonna start doing them end of May or early June. Fastest way for me to burn fat.

They won't touch anything unless they wipe it down. It's an airborne virus! My entire circle smell like lysol at every machine I'm at.

I got a hose that instead of throwing it away I decided to put it around a tree and do battling ropes.
I also have a 3.11 Mile route that I travel around my neighborhood between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. . I live in The Burbs. It's just peaceful as fuck later on at night

I got a home gym now. His main concern was the non social distancing, folks being regular with the cleaning after they lift, shit like that. If you there and not working out, you should probably have a mask on.
Be VERY careful with those masks coming from China a buddy of mines did an aerosol test on one of his and it didn't stop a damn thing, that's what sneaks up on people in these type environments. You need something that stops gas and particulates (aerosol mist) if they aren't NIOSH Certified respirators and I recommend P100 (the absolute best protection) you might as well walk around with nothing on with those flimsy Chinese masks.
This doctor breaks it down they use different specs on the UK filters but in the USA they are P100 (2097 P100 Filters and 7093 P100 Filters)
