{~~~Guns, Guns and Mo' Guns - The Right To Keep And Bear Arms~~~}

Good thing this thread came up. Helps me make better decisions. Checked out the banner listing the black owned shops and found one near me.

Hit the range today fellas and must share some info.

Shot over 300 rounds with no issues at all with my new G20 Gen 4aka XXXG-01D2. many claim the Gen 4 10mm have ftf issues...mine doesnt. Now on to the real talk for my older brothers and sisters about eyesight and age. I suffer from depth perception and I tested my OEM sights and out of 16 shots i hit a 30 yard target 14 times. Move it up to 20 yards and hit the target but was all over the place damn near 13 out of the 16 hits. Move to 10 yards and again all over the target. Movr back and engaged the green laser...big diff...at each distance i was 1 to 2 inches within the same area...head, neck shoulder and heart. The green laser changed took it to a new level.

So if your older or have corrected vision invest in a laser...it takes out the need to aim and allow your eyes to aquire the target.

Hope this helps out

Just copped this for Home defense and was wondering what's the best scope to put on it like the guy in the video has?

What he has on that is a red dot sight. Red dot's are different than traditional scopes, in the sense that there is usually no magnification within the sight itself... I'd say start looking at the Vortex brand for lower cost, good quality red dots.....

^^^^^that is such a terrible idea! by the time you put that shit together I'd have unloaded all 8 rounds in my Glock 43 into your chest!

Bro, they had one of these at my lsg, that shit is cobbled together. Looks like a mofo assembled this as a high school project, from random shit he found at Home Depot or Lowes.

Damned if I know..... :dunno:
The only thing I do to my Glock's are night sights.....
Well........ that's not entirely true, I have a G21 that I installed extended releases and a pin kit on, but that's about it.......

I can understand that cause im about to get the same thing...where are you getting yours from

Which night sights do you recommend going with cause I put the red laser on my G22 last time along with thee Glo-on glow in the dark pain and I can honestly say they worked pretty well but truth be told if if anything pops off at night I dont want to have tell someone to hold up playa let me charge these a for about 5 minutes so I dont have to use the laser.

I have XS big dots to put on my custom G19.
This will be my 1st time trying them out, but they get good reviews.
I have run most types of night sights, my favorites are the trijicon hd's (orange fronts).....

But it gives away your position immediately in a dark or low light situation

Night sights, tungsten guide rod(if subcompact), & extra mags

Ghost trigger = marginal diff. Unnecessary

No...only if there is fog or smoke present you can see the laser.
:giggle:
mist/ dew / dust / rain....

also if a shooter is aiming a laser in your general vicinity within a pistol's effective range- there is absolutely no chance that you won't see any glare from the shooter's position?
