My 2 y/o daughter suffered from eczema. Went to the dermatologist and thought they were gonna give me some bullshit like the primary physician (hydrocortisone 2.5% or whatever). Well they gave her Verdeso. Within 3 days we noticed a difference. In 2 weeks all her patches were pretty much healed. There were still the minor blemishes, but she was healed after suffering with that shit for like 12 months.

Doc also suggested bleach baths. So we do daily bleach baths and the doc told us to cut out the verdeso because everything was healed up. I usually go with natural shit if I have to manage something over an extended amount of time. Just me though.

Before that my wife and I tried tea tree oil, black seed oil, shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, olive oil, all that shit didn't even put a dent in it.

Following BulletProof Diet for the past 6-7 months. I do not drink the coffee daily like I used to but I follow the vitamins to the letter. This is what I follow daily, lost 40 pounds now since. Really lost 20 pounds the first month. Don't really have that much more to go and am not even trying. It's just the vitamins that really do it... Along with avoiding sugar, any form of wheat and soy products, along with avoiding moldy foods(if you read the book, you'd understand). Also I avoid processed crap when I can. Essentially staying Bulletproof...

Here's the vitamins I take from the book, not taking all he suggests from the book, but this is what I do daily. Think he suggests also Vit-A and Krill Oil.
Vitamin D

Dose: 1000 IU / 25 pounds of body weight.*
Form: D3
Time Taken: Morning
Recommended Brand: Purity Products vitamin D3

Magnesium

Dose: 600-800mg / day
Forms: Citrate, malate, glycinate, threonate, or orotate
Time Taken: before bedtime.
Recommended Brand: Natural Calm or VRP

In the book it also suggests taking Iodine at 1mg a day, but I take 12.5mg. Then I also take Turmeric with Bioperine (black pepper extract, aids digestion of the Turmeric) at about 1-3mg a day.

All the vitamins I take, do not have any soybean oil or GMO in them. I mostly take Doctor's Best brand of the Vit-D3 and Magnesium, after doing much research and trying other brands. I get all my vitamins mostly from Amazon. No where else sells a lot of the vitamins in any stores that are worth taking. I used to read vitamin bottles like I am buying food when I started all this, and a lot of the vitamins in stores are really completely crap for your body along with multi-vitamins. Really should totally avoid multi-vitamins if you can.

I can post links to all the vitamins I am on, if anyone's interested. The one's recommended in the quote above are the recommendations from his book.

I'm not sure. We got it for free. Paid the copay at the office, the doc was like we got a new service where we deliver this drug to your home. I was like cool. I have health insurance with work. I guess they charged the insurance company but we'll see. Usually drugs are paid for on the spot and the doctor visits are paid for after the fact, so I'm assuming I won't see a bill for it. This all occurred over the last 3 weeks.

But knowing what I know now...honestly, I would pay $100 bucks for a ounce of that shit if I had to. My daughters skin was looking a hot mess. Dark spots on her arm pits, behind both knees, on both knee caps, right below are belly button, on her inner elbow, a couple spots on her shoulder blades, a little spot on her neck, and another big spot on her upper thigh.
