GNC Mega Men Performance and Vitality

What's good brethren.

Just hit my 30s not too long ago, I'm relatively healthy and have eaten well since my earlier 20's (lots of veggies and proteins, weekends I may indulge in something like Thai but stay away from fast foods and junk foods).

I'm in law school, but found myself wore out by evening time my first year after hours of reading and studying, where as some of peers in their early and mid-twenties wouldn't tire out as quickly.

After some research I just picked up the GNC Mega Men Performance and Vitality pack. It has:

Complex B
Fish Oil
Prostate formula
Staminol (hory goat weed, maca, nettle and yohimbe)
L-Arginine

I've read nothing but good reviews about it. I do my best per my schedule to stay in shape, but feel like I'm at the point where I need to start supplementing what I get from the food I eat.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any tips or suggestions?
 
i use the vitality pack

helped me increase my weekly runs by 10 miles a week

i recommend it

expensive but worth it
 
I use to take that Mega Man vitality pack. I couldn't really tell if it was working tho. I mainly took it as a vitamin supplement more so than to aid my performance.

Go get your test levels checked you at that age now you need to keep an eye on it because it only declines at this age. Might consider TRT. I always say do lots squats to stimulate that central nervous system, boost test production. When your nuts start swelling up like eggs you'll know it's working.
 
Go to Amazon and search MYOVITE Multivitamin. They are great for those that are bodybuilding also

Do your Mega Men then hit a good Detox like the 21 day Detox from Dehuty Ma'at Ra and go green/raw.

I used to be heavy on the Vitality pack - neon pee vitamin odor and the whole nine - when I was working out but here's my advice based on a helpful GNC associate: He told me to go for the BOGO (I'm a gold club member) and make sure I got a third cycle. He said the vitamins/supps in the pack were so potent you will actually hurt yourself if you stopped, with symptoms that are a precursor to diabetes. You have to finish at least 3 packs then cycle off so here's my flip: pills are harsh on the liver and get off meat and carbs. Google raw superfoods and hypernutrition. Green whole nutrition superfood smoothies are your friend in this respect because they are quick, but go raw/vegan if you need the fiber. Look in the health/nutrition subforum and there should be a few pages with good healthy recipes.
 
Okay.. I read good reviews on it too..I also keep hearing about rainbow light.. I take megaman but I want to try something different..and I never heard of Orange triad..I'll have to look into it.
 
watch out for the amount of vitamins they put into GNC Mega Men.....take only half of a serving or 1 pill (and only every other day or so). Too much B vitamin is not good for your kidneys.....

Google is your friend.
 
Thanks all for the input. Gnc store owner told me the same thing about only needing one of the complex B pills a day.

For those of you that don't eat meat, do you eat fish? How do you get your protein?

How do you guys take your vitamins.. I mean do you take one in the morning for breakfast and then at lunch or dinner or right before you go to bed. Some say when they take it before bed they sleep like a baby and some say it keeps them from going to sleep cuz they have so much energy.. do you take it every five to eight hours or what?

What's the proper way to take vitamins? I may take one a day but the bottle says take two with every meal to get the full benefits depending on each brand..I read that two or three is overkill.

Maca FTW. I only take one daily but pop extras when I'm about to put in that work. Seems to work well and no real side effects I can think of.

I use Animal Pak, I'm going to be switching up in the next few weeks as I ramp up the work out for the winter
 
I love pairing strength vitapak gnc as a prewokout along with "bullknox" extreme preworkout drink

Boy, you would never leave the gym and if u did, it would very hard to goto sleep
 
This is the best product on the market. As far as performance and libido, you'll be like you were when you were 21. No lie. I love this shit. Take it every single day.
