This must be some old fad shit because all that right there is unnecessary and just asking for injury. I know it probably works mad muscles that I've never heard of, but these will do the trick also if used properly, and they appear a helluva lot safer.

ok the swinging through the leg thing seems to be part of the workout but is the flipping around necessary or is that just to show that you can handle the falling weight?

Kettlebells will get you losing fat and cut up quickly. I saw where 20 mins of kettlebell cleans and press is the equivalent of running 6 hours on a treadmill![]()
