Um, why is it that you never video of a fat mofuka working it out and transforming into skinny broad shape? It's obvious that this chick was already in shape, so this workout really wont convince a cynical fat mofucka to do the workout let alone buy a kettle bell.

This must be some old fad shit because all that right there is unnecessary and just asking for injury. I know it probably works mad muscles that I've never heard of, but these will do the trick also if used properly, and they appear a helluva lot safer.

Guy at my gym does the 16kg kettlebell workout ... does a great job with it ... about 5'9", 180 ... compact football player build ... uses his core/trunk/legs/back properly too ...

Negative...Kettlebells are for your core, real movements Those dumb bells you have there are for isolation exercise Which builds bulk and strength slowly, Kettlebells build strength QUICK and conditioning..…NO BULK



 
ok the swinging through the leg thing seems to be part of the workout but is the flipping around necessary or is that just to show that you can handle the falling weight?

It works your grip (forearms), once you get use to the weight
it's not hard. It takes a bit of hand/eye coordination as well as strength.
I may post me doing it on here...minus my head:lol:

Kettlebells will get you losing fat and cut up quickly. I saw where 20 mins of kettlebell cleans and press is the equivalent of running 6 hours on a treadmill :eek::eek::eek:
 
Realtalk: You can take a KB anywhere you can handle the weight. When I was a desk jockey, I would do single arm elevated presses. 20 every hour w/o sweating, and noticed the signifigant increase in definition in my arms & shoulders by the end of 2 weeks.

There are some really good workout vids on youtube for em, but if you are ultra-macho...you can end up in the ER. Start out very light until you can handle the bell, and increase to where you can toss it around with no real issue.

It's a great workout if done correctly...It def' has it's purpose.
