Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

Anybody saying this season was weak is full of grade A shit. if by weak you mean you didn't predict everything that was going to happen and lost your bit of smugness boo hoo.

:lol::lol::lol: I've had bookreading friends wishing all kinds of foul shit on the showrunners while I'm over here on Team Colin enjoying the program.

I feel the thing that makes you say this....but I think her being there is the thing that keeps Jon Snow in the picture.

Even if she reincarnates Jon Snow she still ain't shit.

If she brings Ned and Rob back maybe id let her stay.

Dude burned his daughter resulting in half his forces leaving, his ex wife hanging herself and then losing at Winterfell.

and she rode out like she wasn't even with the dude :smh:

That was the first episode i've been stand up excited about. I liked the last 2. But this episode with Tyrion Grey Worm, Missandei. That was GREAT! Dany. GREAT! Exciting! That was a well done damn episode. This was like the last season where you just had to see what was coming next.

This is the feeling i've been waiting for all season. I feel like i do when a new issue of Walking Dead comes out. Excited.

 the bitch is cold...no doubt. but she's a realist and makes quick decisions without sympathy clouding her judgement. she got the word about Stanis' folks deserting...did a quick assessment and was like...."well...time to hit the old dusty trail....peace bitches" hate her...but she the type of bitch that sticks around for most of the story.

but she want you to have COMPLETE FAITH and UNQUESTIONED OBEDIENCE to the god that only SHE can communicate with.

every time stannis did what she commanded he paid for the shit. every single time.

in a way im glad jon is dead cause id hate for him to fall for her pussy trap and start wearing dashiki's and red beads and shit after fucking with her.

I guess that is the end of the Starks. This episode seemed a bit forced like they were trying to cram everything in this episode and shock at the same time. It would have been better to split this episode into two, to properly develop each story arch. It may be better yet to end the story two episodes ago, the last two episodes were anticlimactic.

R.I.P. Jon Snow, I guess Ygritte was right "you know nothing Jon Snow".

I believe the Red god has a greater role yet to play in this story.

DissapointIng ending
tell me in the book Jon snow is dead for real ? Or the red hair lady brings him back

He gets stabbed, but we don't know,if he's alive or dead...

I seriously lost count of how many people in the principle cast got killed or horribly fucked over in this episode.

Clearly somebody with the last 'Stark' must have snatched George RR Martin lunch money everyday as a kid because he fucking hates them and wants them all to suffer.

Here is my guess I think the last two seasons the Starks will get some major payback

And that is why you don't predict or get attached to anybody on Game of Thrones.

"Im glad the end of the world is working out for someone"- Jon Snow

RIP

pretty much...

With the exception of Davos and Stannis storyline, everything is from the book even though it's slightly different...

man...that walk of shame was long as fuck...

they had been foreshadowin' Jon Snow's downfall..for a few episodes...so that scene wasn't a shock...

it doesn't make sense...them not showin' Stannis' death...because it's not as if..they have a problem showin' gruesome shit...

i think Brienne is too honorable to kill a man ..who's literally on his last leg...so she's gonna nurse him back to health and THEN kill him...

i don't mind the good guys not always winnin'...so long as the bad guys don't always win either...

A few of them shots look like they CG'd Cersei's face over someone else's body

yeah..i noticed that too...

something about that scene...didn't look quite right...it was like the lighting on her face..versus on her body...didn't quite match...

now that its over any good sites where i can stream it ?????

PM because I'm trying to avoid this thread so i won't see any spoilers

Stannis knew he fucked up when he killed his daughter..you just knew many of his men wouldn't stay, after watching that shit....

Damn, another bad night for the Starks!!! They stay losing! :smh:
Cersei got what she deserved!

Varis and Tyrion are back to together again and Khaleesi has been reunited with the Dothraki warriors.

Stannis fucked up big time. That little red witch is going to get hers.

And lastly, we saw Varis but where the hell is Littlefinger?!? His plan is falling apart by the seams!

as much as she desrved this...this shit was tuff to watch....

man heads gonna fucking roll next season...

they crazy as fuck to let her ass go & think she gomnna turn the other cheek...:smh:

especially with Jamie coming back pissed as shit his daughter dead and to hear that dumb shit went down...

Man fuck this show!!! I'm going to bed.

this show teaches you, never get attached to anybody. I was hoping for Jon Snow -, they were some fucking cowards. who the fuck are they going to beat with fucking 50 people? Jon Snow did the right damn thing, now, I wouldn't blame the wildlings if they took over the Nights Watch. fucking bitches

Gotta wonder what happened to Ghost.

yeah, what happened to his dog ghost?

man this show is a tragedy in the worst kinda way

it just wears on you..

are we ALL masochist?

geezzz....

I've heard a couple people mention that there are no more book spoilers yet. That's true for some characters, not true for others. The end of Book 5 and the season 5 finale has some characters ahead of the books, some match exactly, and some are just on totally different paths.

Here's a quick non spoiler guide for those who might want read the books to get a little more on a few characters before Season 6 airs.

Jon Snow - Book and Show match
Daenarys - Book and Show match
Theon - Book and Show match
Arya Stark - Book 5 advances her story a bit. Her arc in the show pretty much in sync with the book with minor differences
Sansa Stark - Book and show are on completely separate paths. Don't know how they can even reconcile it at this point.
Bran Stark - More or less the same place as the book
Littlefinger: - story diverged along with Sansa's
Brienne and Pod - same as Sansa and Littlefinger.
Stannis, Selyse, Shireen - The show has obviously leaped ahead of the books :(
Davos - Completely different path in the books. However at the end of Book 5 he's sent on a mission that I think will end up in the show somehow.
Melisandre - She ends up in the same place as in the show.
Cersei, Tommen, Margary and rest of Kings landing crew - Book 5 advances their story a bit, but again like Arya most of what happened in the show is in sync with the book
Jamie - On a different path than Book, but nothing that can't be reconciled
Bron - not much role in book 5, I bet that will change in book 6 if the author is smart.
Sam - more or less the same as the book. Different path to same place.
Tyrion - I think it's safe to safe to say the show moved things ahead for Tyrion. Tyrion is basically picks up the role Barristan Selmy had in the books
Jorah - same as Tyrion.
Grey Worm and Missande - More or less in the same position as the books.
Daario Naharis - Show changes where he ends up, but it's possible the books might do that too.

So long story short, if you want more of Arya's story or more about events in Kings Landing, read book 5. Otherwise find something else to watch for 9 months.
