In the books they appear here and there, they are not the vocal point YET. I'm still not sure if they are splitting book three into 2 additional seasons but as Jon and Bran storyline continues to pick up you will see more.

She did just as I thought, but where she showed her metal is freeing the men and then asking them to fight for her after freeing them. Straight on some Abraham Lincoln/Lyndon Johnson ("I'll have those ******* voting Democratic for the next 200 years.") shit. Who wouldn't fight on the side of the person who freed them.

Elena Tyrell is a beast, too. I love this old broad. She had some serious stones. She has a couple of the baddest quotes in such a short time on screen, not just in GOT, but in life: "Once the cow's been milked there's no squirting the cream back up her udders, so here we are to see things through." and "We mother do what we can to keep our sons from the grave, but they do seem to yearn for it.
