I'm far more interested in the "game of thrones" with all the treacherous shit that goes down between those trying to control the iron throne. So the Lannister/Stark beef and the Tygarian storyline is FAR more compelling to me than Wildlings, White Walkers, and other crazy shit happening beyond the wall.

all i can say is that g.r.r. martin is ruthless when it comes to his characters...not since the wire has i felt that there are no real sacred lambs in a story.
all around the story is awesome and detailed, it'll be interesting to see how all of these overarching storyines come together (the game of thrones, war in the north, and the gathering in the west).
i really wanna see how aryia turns out, and tyrion, my 2 fav characters.
hopefully the 2nd season will remain as faithful to the book as the first one was.

The producers said they are going to keep it as close to the second book as possible and have elements of the third book in this season....

That's too difficult to line up the dates. I remember it being issue during last season, as many folks went ahead in the books and the posted shit. Scroll through the first few pages...
Na no one that read the book posted spoilers...NO ONE...it was one idiot dude cbmredux who probably read the same shit I read off wiki and purposely dropped spoilers...but the book dudes weren't the issue
