Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

Hell yea! Wolf bit off two of this fuckas fingers, and hes laughin!

shit had me like :eek::confused::lol:

He had no choice...when Robb called him out immediately afterward for attempting to draw his sword @ the table dude had to alleviate the tension otherwise he woulda been dead on the spot...Robb was even smart enough to give him the opening to make light of the situation...I like how Robb stepped up to the plate this ep

Ya them wolves is gangster as hell...dude was chilling under the table looking bored out his mind...but once he heard that sword was about to be drawn he fucked that nigga up...and snatched them fingers for good measure on some I dare you to ever think about doing this shit again w/o remembering that you got your fingers snatched the last time for doing that shit

*Edit*

Oh jeezus christ if you watch the scene real well you will see they inserted a dog @ the last sec to attack the dude...it's very fast

elaborate on this please.

he counted 20
they only had 18
he let him go so he could run and tell them to expect 20 thousand men....which by the time he gets back to home base will have turned into 30 thousand men making the army that they have seem even more greater than it is, hopefully striking some fear into their hearts and doing some of the work for them.

I think Great Jon was testing Robb thats my opinion :dunno:

That's pretty obvious...he did it again @ the tent...but it was also pretty obvious he took it too far the 1st time...threatening to leave was one thing...almost unsheathing his sword was another...it would have escalated further if he didn't have the presence of mind to look around and observe that pretty much everyone there was ready to back Robb...he had no choice but to stand down after his lil test

I think he did that because alot of the other Houses that's in Winterfell respect and support the Stark family but dont want to follow someone who's weak especially someone as young as Robb. This will be Robb's first war and alot of the older cats from the other Houses want to see if Robb is like his father or run away.

Can you imagine if Robb, bitch up and find some way to get out of the war,it will look bad not only for the Stark family but for the other Houses also...Then you will have a civil war to see who will take control of Winterfell.

I like how Catelyn knows her place when they are coming up some type of strategy for the war...Robb would be looked down upon from the other Houses,if Catelyn try to take over the battle plans... :smh::smh::smh::smh::smh:

drogo is my nigga for life after that episode....pulled out his side blades ....and dropped em like ole boy dropped the mic in coming to america

If he is the character who gets killed I prolly ain't watching it in season 2. Somebody PM me the spoiler on who supposed to die and why!

question: Did Eddard name his basterd, Robb after his friend, the King? I dont remember if this was mentioned or not.

There needs to be more of her handmaiden Doreah also, but I dont think there will be too much more at least if they stick with the books.

I know this is redundant but....

This show is amazing. What an Episode!

On a side note:

I want to see Joffrey die a slow death.

All I can say right now is that they didn't actually show it, so hopefully it's not what it looks like .... Please don't let it be like this.

Yeah I'm torn about it.

I like the balls of them to follow the book and attempt this but at the same time Sean Bean is such a good actor and the one they've advertised as the lead of the show I hope this doesn't fuck up the show for fickle fans and kill Game Of Thrones before it can get going.

Anyways, great episode as always.

On a side note I've always found this little chick sexy but the more powerful and assertive her character becomes the more I'm digging her. She keeps up like this and I might have to switch over to the white chicks:lol:

Im shocked that they went through with it because I read in one of the fan sites that a character that dies in book 3 will die this season...

The woman that play Dany just got out of acting school when she got hired to play her character...I was shocked because she does a great job portraying Dany....I agree she's sexy as hell every time I listen to her chapter I imagine during that situation..

But I hope killing Ned doesnt turn off alot of people though :smh:

Great show so far. But I think I could already tell how it's gonna play out. I've never read the book so it's purely opinion:

The Lanisters will end up squeezed from the North by the Starks and the South by the savages. Their army will be stretched too thin to defend their kingdom from both ends. With a young boy as King with no military experience they'll get crushed. The boy doesn't even listen to the advice of his mom anymore so no way he'll listen to his generals. His hubris will be his downfall as well as the Lanisters.

I felt like it was 50/50 they would do it but I was leaning more towards them doing it.

I still haven't listened to the book but after next week thats the first thing I'm doing.

Baby girl is real sexy, and between her and my girl from the show "Misfits" I'm starting to get a real thing for European chicks, I might have to get a mail order European bride because these two are starting to make me prefer them over the home team.

I agree I hope people still stay because its a great show but having such a respected actor as your selling point and the only real household name (or face I should say) on the show and have him killed off is a big risk (a big risk I respect HBO and the producers for btw).

I think these last two episodes have done a great job of establishing Robb which was one of my concerns so I think the show will be fine, especially if they finish strong next week.

I loved the way they filmed the scene also, drowning out the crowd so you could only hear Ned's slowed breathing and rapid heartbeat, it was compelling even though I knew it was coming.

Another irony too is she wasn't the original actress that was supposed to play Dany...the actress before her bailed out for w/e reason and I think the current Dany was her understudy and they went w/ her...fuck fickle fans/dumbass audiences...bravo to the show for staying true to the book...even before I read the book it was evident that Eddard was pretty much a dead man walking once he got himself in this situation...the writers did a good job of setting up to this...the only thing that coulda saved Eddard was H'wood magic...he was in over his head for a long time...the characterization continues to amaze me...I like that certain shit is predictable but @ the same time how it plays out is completely unexpected...I will say that this is the best first season run (storywise) a tv drama has had imo...bcuz of the book I expected tonite's events and it still fucked me up so I can imagine how fucked up those who didn't expect it must feel
