I was going to clarify this myself. The actress that said this wasn't Dany. It was most likely Sibel Kekilli (Shae). She's supposed to have her ass naked around Tyrion all the time, but hasn't actually been this way since Season 1. This news also lines up with her desire to escape her past as a porn star.
