Was the ceremony for Stannis and the symbolism of the burning sword he put in the ground just an acknowledgement of his right to the throne?
Naw,it was the ceremony of getting rid of the Old god and celebrating the god Melisandre worshipped....
Its kinda confusing because the series has alot of religious elements to it....
web rip is out but the next episode don't come on till sunday so PLEASE DON'T COMMENT on the next episode until sunday night
Don't read this thread till next week then foo!
Does anyone know if Ser Gregor Clegane, a.k.a. "The Mountain That Rides" is going to show up again this season?

Not asking any spoilers, but does he show up again in the books? Dude looks scary as hell! I read his story on another site. It goes more in depth on how he scarred his brother, and how he rose to his position.
So is this thread officially the season 2 thread or we still using the other one?
So anybody watch episode 2 yet? The characterization and the acting of this show is just heads and tails over everything else. HEADS AND DAMN TAILS.
looks like it is too many spoilers and banter in the other one this one is fresh imo.
This amazonian chick will be making an appearance soon

That pic frickin rocks. The comic is kind of wack artwork wise.
that part could've been left out![]()
No it couldn't. Craster & his wives are important for events to come later.
I watched the second episode
Damn my impatience to hell... now I've got to wait nearly 2 weeks for the next one.

To all the people who is the tv show here is an interactive map
It looks like its base off the TV show but it has characters that the TV series(non-book) hasnt introduce yet so far this season...
Cool, never caught that connection.
I know that the old blind dude on the wall is Danaerys Targaryens uncle, right? (i.e. The Mad King's brother)
But in all seriousness stay away from wiki if you have not already read the book or do not want to ruin the experience.
Oh this whole BOOK is awesome as hell and it's 1 of the reasons why i couldn't wait for it to come back on. I just KNOW if they do this book(season) right this will just outpace every other show out there. I love the characterization, everyone is dead on and perfect to me. Melisandre is perfect but she wasn't a fave of mine. Stanis is awesome. It's like i can't find anything wrong with this at all period.
