FUCK TESLA THREAD ( ongoing )

I personally think full self drive is dumb as fuck, but I see the appeal for some.

How hard is it to physically drive your damn car?!!!
Self driving cars are much safer and if we could have all cars self drive accidents would be rare.

I self drive about 70% of the time because it is relaxing…lol I promise you, once you self drive, you would do it often..lol

I mostly use it around the neighborhood like going to Kroger, Publix, Costco, Walmart or to grab a bite to eat.

Like I said, full self driving is just dumb!! Be accountable for yourself and your passengers and others on the road and control the 4,000 missile that your riding in!!! Even Tesla knows it's flawed.

Unfortunately for you fam this hoe dumb as fuck . I would not use this video to make a point. Chick would have you looking crazy

There are literally millions who use self drive every day..lol

Sooooo it uses compressed nitrogen for the thrusters.....

Which is not easily / widely available for public purchase at least not 100kg pressured to 1000psi.

So that will be at minimum a Tesla subscription/ add on feature/ service.

Lies.... You can't sleep with it on anymore. The camera watches your face and your eyes to see if you're awake or watching the road. If it can't see your face or eyes it'll prompt you to move your steering wheel every minute or so.
I'm pretty certain that person is lying. Just like the guy that claimed he had it on when he drove into the building.
I said the exact same thing in this thread. Could it happen, sure it could. But I think he is lying.

It would be impressive if they could fix that bottleneck. I don’t think flying is logical but I do think using it to provide propulsion would be something I would be on board with.

Imagine lane changing and you hit the thrust

"It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE," he tweeted, in response to a post arguing that IQ averages were lower at HBCUs, and lower than the "average IQ of US Air Force pilots."

DIE was a likely intentionally rearranged acronym of DEI, which stands for "diversity, equity, and inclusion" initiatives.

The original post went as far as to imply that students at HBCUs had IQs that put them near "the threshold for what is considered 'borderline intellectual impairment.'"

Edit:
According to reports the one thrust emptied the 200 L tank..... and they were allegedly using a lighter weight car, not final production specs and weight.

The rocket car uses a 400L tank in the passenger seat area. In addition to the 200L tank in the back. The 200L tank alone takes 6-7 hrs to fill....... so over 12 hours to fill the bigger tank....there's gonna have to be some sort of swap/ exchange program.

Oh and add to the facts that the car is rear wheel drive not all wheel drive. The range decreased from over 600 miles to "300+".

And an alleged top speed of nearly 380 mph is laughable.

Also reportedly the body will be all carbon fiber (that must be for the thrust/ rocket package that will never see the streets. Auto insurance will be through the roof for any car with an all catbon fiber body.

Yeah more info has come out.....

This was a huge investor tug job

To overshadow how far the basic roadster has been stripped down and has deviated from the original concept
I think he likes those weird geometric shaped designs. The first Roadster design was looked great but he loves those odd looking design. He is a weird cracka

I'd never use that goofy shit. Once again, how hard is it to drive a car?!!!

I'd rather be responsible for the car I'm driving. I can relax at the house.

TO ME, it's dumb and lazy and only shifts the responsibility of driving to a computer. :smh:

But the reality is computers drive much better than some of these fools on the road. But I get your point.

To each their own. I use it every single day to go to work. 45 minutes of meditation time to get my mind right is essential.

Driving is easy but FSD is even easier. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea but for those of us who have it and are used to it, going back to actually driving yourself feels like a chore.

Let’s not even get started on road trips.

I just could not relax knowing that I'm putting my life and other's lives at risk because I've turning over driving to computers.

It's just unsettling to me.

Once again, the tech is very impressive, just not for me.

See you're one of the guys iRobot was clowning.
"This fool inisists on driving" or some shit like that.

The tech could be magnificent and really change traffic and driving. But we're not there yet. If all the cars could communicate and optimize each roadway /journey...... man listen. But with that power comes a lot of responsibility, privacy concerns and more.

We may get there in the next 50 years but it won't be without a lot of obstacles and people's lives being lost
