this is coming from a big Jay fan... I'm fuckin' with Buddens right now. All the tracks I'm hearin' from BP3 isn't getting me excited... yet Halfway House has been on non-stop rotation... and the previews of Padded Room sound promising.

Being a fan of both, I can truly say Joe is not on hov's level but is in a better state of mind lyrically than Jay. He's more hungrier and has a lot to say while Jay is just attaching himself to whateva is hot right now, running with it, and drop nice lines in his music just for good measure. I like what Joe is offering the game now and how Jay came out of retirement to shut some people up when he didnt say anything when he was "retired". Joe isnt and wont be on Jay's level ever unless he gives up on certain things (his bitch, personal problem, etc) and focus on money and what not. Hell no one would be on Jay's level if they could do just that and make hit record with some substance.
