Child support needs a reform in the worst way, shit is borderline illegal
And no, lawyers don’t touch it without charging arm and a leg and when you show up with one, the judge increases your support amount “because if you can afford an attorney you can afford more support “

Covered thru the state I recently switched jobs but my employer informed me that the state gave insurance especially because my ex wife is considered “low income” because she doesn’t work and for some reason they don’t include her husbands income into things

My Daughter turned 21 last year, my dumb ass thought that NYS would automatically stop the garnishment... Nope, I had to submit an amendment order, it took those fucks 8 months to stop snatching my shit. I was told that I would get a refund check for the over-payment, but they taxed that shit before releasing it via a paper check that took 7+ weeks to get to me. Needles to say, NYSCS can go suck dem STINKIN SOUR CROTCHES MUMA!
