I thought this movie was going to be a corny remake like Holloween. But the Jason in this movie was close to being the original. He moves fast and he's merciless. There were a few lame minor scenes but this shit will scare you.

The ending was strange like the other Fridays but I recommend this movie. It's worth the money to see. Shit see in it in Imax if possible. The critics gave it a C rating which is bullshit, I give it a B+ rating.

Another funny thing was how the left the brotha, the only one who had courage, stranded outside fighting Jason and was too pussy to help him. Just like in other movies, the brother is left to fend for himself. These movies can tell real life.

I absolutely agree wit ur B+, this is not your usual Jason.This mufucka was fast and agile as shit, not that speedwalking bullshit.My girl was on me the whole time man.The theatre was jam packed.For those of yall complaining it was some shit of kids in that bitch too.But they were alright for the most part, a lil talking here and there.My only complaint was that after the movie started these lil mufuckas were still lookin for seats in the dark.Groups of kids like seven deep,shit was at max though.Back to the movie shit was great.I think it was a good way to bring back Jason.The sequence with the black dude had me on my toes.For all the horror fans and Jason fans GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!! Im definitely buying this shit when it comes out on Blu ray.

The shit was weak....the snuff scenes were timid as fuck. I was expecting it to be gorier due to horror scenes being less likely to be edited than the scenes in the 80's. Freddy vs Jason was better than this fuckshit.

i saw that shit yesterday at the 3:00 it was only like 8% capacity so needless to say i got to enjoy the movie... I give it 2 thumbs up, i thought it was the best movie since they brought back texas chainsaw massacre (not the beginning, the 1 that came out in like 02)... Jason was on some gangsta shit, setting up traps an shit... an for the most part the people were acting realistic, (like the white boy screaming in the cop car ) an the black guy scene yall was talking about...

Thought it was well produced and executed, nothing to write home about. Lacks the raw brutality of the original series. And don't expect a real plot this is a slasher flick not Gone With the Wind. I'm not really into white girls, but I must say they got some fine looking ones in this flick.

Jason was pretty mobile in Part 2 and 3. He was still human. It wasn't until part 6 when he became ZOMBIE Jason. Thats when he started his "Walking Pace" killer mode.
