u cant outhustle a hustler...

was trying to buy two websites.. but mofo want 6g .. he claims they made him $15k to $30k per month at a time because he heavy promoted them and their were his commission.

now plm nbr one... anybody can photoshop a bank statement

plm nbr 2.. a letter of appraisal look legit but it was from fucking 2000 but i was mad cuz i was trying to verify the letter from the source and the source kept saying it was confidential and all i want to know was if they wrote it or not. that a simple ass quesion imo

plm nbr 3....he want a % plus a transfership of his share if the site were to be sold by me.

plm nbr 4.. i did some research on his site... he does own the link BUT

both sites are affliate driven meaning if anybody goes to either of the site he get a cut because the content are dropship to his customer ....but that kinda of tacky imo but i aint knocking it cuz it require no inventory

i really like the site name but i aint signing shyt cuz i dont wanna be one them sucker but he said the site is currently passive and only nets him $5,000 a year

the reason he selling is becasue of his job and lack of drive ....

so trust me i would do it but my gut is telling me something isnt right...

what yall think?

Bump it man. You can go from zero to hero with a brand new site, versus going through all of that with this one. You could replace his affiliate links with yours, but that will take some setup if you don't have that in place already.

If it's passive now making $5k/year, honestly it's still kinda good. $13.69/day, about $410.96/month. But like I said, you should be able to do the same thing from scratch, cause you have to promote, promote, promote anyway.

Next to breathing, promoting is the most important thing you will do all day if you want to make a living off a website.

That deal sounds off like a m'fukka. If you're looking to spend a few grand buying an established site, I'd really only buy from a respected member of whatever forum or site you saw the listing. Id want to see:

- last 4-5 months traffic reports (even though he could still be buying alot of traffic to pump the sale price)

- a 3rd party domain appraisal done by a reputable company that YOU are paying

- last 4-5 months affiliate payout stats

I'd take that along with whatever other details they have available like how much they are spending on driving traffic to the site. Who are they advertising through? What kind of seo methods are they using? It's like buying a car. Get as much info as you can to decrease the chances of gettin screwed. In the end, no matter how much info you get, you're still taking a calculated risk. That deal you listed does not sound too hot though.

Good lookin' out Mr. Jody. I notice that especially on this site, you have to CONTINUE to bump your stuff and promote it, or the traffic falls off. It's almost to the point where you have to be on ALL the time, but not quite.

This board is VERY active, and when your post falls to the back, no one searches there. If it's not on the front page and the most current, it's lost, hence no clicks.

Additionally, people are saying that Adwords is a gip anyway, that donations are better, and I think that's one reason why HNIC is asking for donations from people. MOre money in that versus advertisements.

Well the Sedo Money is coming in ok and a good passive income.

Click away, but I jumped on the Wordpress blogging and that shit has been paying off bigtime. I've had three Dish Network sales and a home warrenty sale from on of the dish network guys that signed up. I've made more over the past week than I normally do in about three weeks of paying for flyer distribution.
