I do the hosting, and yes, it's a template (forgot where i got it from though). I've done a lot of tweaking to it, so it's not exactly like the original.
New articles are being posted daily now. How are you guys doing with your Technorati rating? You know that a good Technorati rating and authority, page rank (Google), and traffic will give your sites the much needed traffic to get ore money. This site hasn't covered it yet, but there is a lot that you consider when optimizing your site. I'll be doing more articles about that as well.
But I also do offline hustles on the site, so be sure to check it if you're not particularly web savvy and need something a lil easier to do. Already posted about using a shredder, and today's post includes making money off your family. Or someone else's family! Oh yeah I take no prisoners -- gotta get that loot!!
Ya'll post some stats too!! Right ow my Technorati rating was @ 1,753,270 last week (Tuesday, July 3rd), not it's @ 398,408. I also have an authority of 17 right now. Peeps who don't know might think that is nothing, but it's tough to raise it up.
