Frankie Beverly embarking on Retirement tour.

I got 4 tickets for his DC show for my wife and I and another couple. I know his voice and performance is not the same, I wanted to see one of his last shows. I believe Keith Sweat and After7 is on the show also.

Yeah that should be a good show

i love me some frankie but naaaah his voice is shit. lets' be real. you can see him one last time for the sake of saying ya'll saw him but his voice is as welcoming as william hung. Yeah I said it. Hard pass while I press play on Maze feat Frankie Beverly greatest hits!!

What band will they be using? They made a big deal about getting some scrubs to play with him and not using the real Maze band because of some contractual dispute or something going on with the record company.

After 7 has some bad bitches in their videos, the video choreography was off the chain. Being older and relistening to these songs live give you a different perspective.

You can get much more information on the artist from other YouTubers.

He was from a town with a ton of gay men. You will hardly see any couples just walking about when I visited.

I am trying to retire from the U.S. which is getting boring with these retarded schemes. What gets me is the repetitive nature, some retard thinking they are doing something new and fresh when I have seen it thousands of times

I went to the DC show. After 7 and Keith Sweat were good and can still sing. Keith Sweat was funny. He talked about people saying he was drunk on stage, which he denied, but looked intoxicated. He started singing about Hennessy in his cup, He talking about dudes hating on him saying all he does is whine, but they got the girls open using his music. He said he never opens for anyone, but he made an exception for Frankie. He was talking a lot of shit, but he could still sing.

I will say this about Frankie, I considered it a privilege to see him and his band on stage. He definitely isn't what he use to be, but everyone went there knowing it. The place was packed, 20K people and 90% were wearing white to honor Frankie. The crowd was on their feet and sing the whole time he was on stage. At the end of his set, Donnie Simpson said a few words and someone from the mayor's office read a proclamation naming June 14 , 2024 Frankie Beverly Day in Washington DC. It was a great send off for a legend,

His voice might be gone but ya'll not going to disrespect Frankie like that.....show up to a farewell show, foots to ass, foots to ass for Frankie.
