That's one of my biggest problems fam....I love my sweet drinks and fucking sodas. Are there any other alternatives to those kinds of drinks besides water?

What's really effective too is documenting or journaling your progress. Whether it's in a binder or journal ... just keep tabs & yourself honest in the process -



- What you're cooking / eating
- How hydrated you're staying
- What workouts are most effective for you / duration / time of day ... you'll find the regimen(s) that work best
- Sleep schedule? Maintaining good, adequate rest?
- Meal prepping ... have your go-to favorites and of course healthy snacks available
- Jot down your cheat meal(s) / snacks ... again keeping yourself honest ... just make up for it with all your good choices thereafter

Costco has ice drinks that are zero calorie.
I swear by em no sugar no sodium closest thing to actual tasting good that there is

It's called "True Lemon" and they come in different flavors and there better than Crystal Light and that other shit you drop a few drops into ya bottle of water.

For most getting started is the hard part but once you do but once you do it's no longer a diet it's shit that you do,like you do everything else in life.

i not saying you have to go as long as he did but if you want to jump start your weight lost goals just juicing for one week straight can get get you down 15-20 lbs
