Body builders are junkies, natural lifters build muscle at a slower rate.

But Full body workouts can target ABS if you know how to brace your abs muscle.

Natural bodybuilders are junkies as well....go check out Gnc...and don't let naturellos fool you...a ton of em eat winstrol pills and anavar...and say they natural because they don't use needles...jackkk

Genetics play a big part in it so don't be too down on yourself if shit don't fly off.
For some people its hard to gain and for some people its hard to lose.

Eat healthy - usually just eat a complete meal. Don't have meat without veggies
Eat fruit
limit your snacks
try not to pig out on sweets -- hard now I know the pecan pie is calling.

Intermittent fast.

Jump rope.
I jump rope about 25 mins a day
I'm looking into getting a rowing machine then I'll probably live on that shit.

Use resistance bands if you don't have weights at home.

Be consistent.
It's not easy but it can be done.

MOST IMPORTANT THING

DON'T DRINK YOUR CALORIES.
that's where everyone lacks slips or loses.

I need to create a workout routine.

I've done good on dropping weight, although I wanna lose like 20-30 more. But i gotta get that consistent workout plan popping.

Just start with a morning walk. When COVID began I went a month without working out with my trainer. Over two years I felt better, lost inches, but no weight to speak of.

After that month I decided to get up and walk. Left the house at 5.30 am and when I got back I figured I had done about 5 miles...looked at meter and that shit said 2.2 miles. LOL.

I marked off a 4.0 mile track and got busy...three times a week. lost about 5 pounds. The wife decided to begin walking with me. With a partner my consistency got perfect, but her little feet be moving like a muthafucka...I went from 15 minute miles to 14 minute miles.....I know for you real runners that is laughable, but it is a start........got to where I began jogging in front of her and let her catch up and then jog and let her catch up, etc.

In a month of that I dropped another 10 pounds. BUT I have also really, really, really watched my carbs. Sugar has never been a problem, but carbs have been.

Anyway I said all that so say this, just start walking and go from there.

I got a couple simple equations let me call my nigga that hate Math and shit...brah
@MisterT
Heavy sedentary Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375.

Staying active is the key. That's why I want the rower. I can listen to a podcast or even watch a tv show and burn for half an hour at least.
Walking around here like a superhero

I'm not on your level. I never been into max weights and such but i def respect it.

Yeah I finally went Vegan tried to fight against it but cut out meat, poultry and even fish for the time being and its made a huge difference in my blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

You have to take youtubers and youtube video's with a grain of salt because 90% of them are bullshitting you with lies when it comes to their diets, how they maintain muscle and a certain look year round and for years on camera(steroids,a lot of products that most won't need like protein shakes which is hard on the kidneys).

Yeah, this dude I knew almost fucked his kidneys up with those shakes.

Instead of “for u fat niggaz” thread should be named
for u Lightbright you fat pig like subhuman bacon grease drinking obese satan spawn with fat Elvis features bloated beyond your bodies weight capacity ”

Lots of accurate things in this post. The water first thing, H.I.T.T. cardio in the am and intermittent fasting has helped me drop 15 lbs so far. In my scumbag, fxck ninja days I would walk around at about 170. Allowing life to happen, dating the wrong women for a few years (plus ceasing my regular workout activities...) and in recent years two hernias has all but eliminated my desire to get it in like I used to.
long story short, to prepare for the surgery I decided to drop weight and stuck with it. The biggest takeaways is to remain disciplined and consistent. Another personal tip would be to not obsess over what the scale tells you and immediate results. I’m all about immediate gratification so when I stopped eating the delicious bad sh*t and got back on my healthy, I wanted to see the outline of my abs after a week. When I didn’t, I wanted to be on some “fuk this...” and eat crap, but you’ll start noticing after about a month and feeling better within two weeks.
Props op.

that part, along with just moving more, makes a huge difference. People also must realize that your hormones change as you get older.

If the political opinions prevalent on BGOL is any indication, a whole lot of you muthafuckas is fat.

If you ain't all that discerning in your choice of political knowledge, then you are most likely not all that discerning about what you put in your stomachs.
