i have a cheap pc from work that i want to use for tversity.

i cant use the build on it cause its a work build that can be detected over the internet.

i need to put a new xp build on it. unfortunately its an hp compaq and i only have a dell reinstallation disc.

it keeps prompting for product key and neither the one i find in the i386 folder on the cd or the sticker on the pc work.

i need to download and burn a copy of windows that i can burn from a mac.

the pc doesnt have dvd just cd so it has to fit on a cdr.

can anyone help with this? i'm off from work until next thursday and was hoping to have this up and running yesterday but now it might not happen till end of my vacation days unless i can get a cd done that can bypass xp registration

as a new mac user(killed my pc so I switched over permanantly) I have found a new friend in garageband, but outside of buyin sounds I cant seem to find jam packs anywhere. any help would be appreciated. I made this move cold turkey so I really dont know much about mac at all. thanks in advance for your help.
