Just as a internal note to you guys.

Whenever you see a person with two names, like this (especially in the South), that usually means the person is nicknamed after their daddy. As the person gets older, the newer guys just call them the alternate name & leave off the "Little" that the previous generation would have used.

This is relevant because that more than likely means that they are second or third generation of whatever agency they are at.
