Which means that this happens way more often then we think , I mean I can't read sign language and the people that can are most likely not going to complain , they can't call in and if they come to the presser no one will understand what they are saying ....... not even the person they hired to do the sign language interpretation in the first place. This is mad offensive. I have a daughter who is deaf, and though she has cochlear implants, we use ASL for when she isn't wearing her "ears."

I'm not fluent in ASL, but seeing the video of this "interpreter" even I could tell she was signing gibberish.
