When posts are made from hotlinked images from an IG account the threads pics are still in the control of the IG members account. So if they decide to delete some or all of the pics the thread will be riddled with red X's. I don't like those odds so I rip the pics and upload them to a host of my choice. It keeps the catalogues of beautiful women more intact.

It's 2018 and pic hosts are plentiful yet I see you and several other posters still hotlinking posts from hosts they have no control of. To me that's sub par posting. I was encouraged to post by posters like @TEN , FriscoKid and PIOgrande. Those posters had archives of images well organized on dedicated hosts. The @TEN archives are legend to this day. It was they who made me want to post. I learned from their posting etiquette that a proper poster must download the images then upload them to a host. Other wise your threads may be left with red X's. Some sites were so hostile that they would replace your hotlinked image with some foul shit to get you banned from a site. I will not bump or add to posts to threads with images hotlinked from hosts the OP has no control over.
