Anybody got a template for an eviction notice that's legal in New Jersey?
Download Business in a Box Pro. There are 4 or 5 eviction templates in there.

That will be the challenge man - it is VERY difficult to Evict in Northern States during the Winter months ... especially if Children or Elderly are involved. (Southern states it isn't a big issue.)
Depending on circumstances, don't be surprised if the process is stalled for 90 day continuances etc.
Peace
I'm trying to evict these bastard ON Christmas!

It's extremely difficult. See my post above. It's fucking ridiculous how long they can stay. One person nearly put one of my properties into foreclosure b/c they were legally allowed to stay for 8 months(!)
What the heck man? Where was this located and what took them so long to process the paper work? That is very true...evicting someone here in Mass is a slow painful process, for the landlord. That will be the challenge man - it is VERY difficult to Evict in Northern States during the Winter months ... especially if Children or Elderly are involved. damn. even on month to month and no government money involved??
UnfortunatelyWARNING - WARNING
You know as Landlord you cannot post an "eviction" notice. That has to be posted by the Sherriff's department and served by the Sherriff in order to be legal.
You can post a notice of intent to evict or notice of intent to sell.
Make sure you absolutely understand the landlord / tenant laws in your city or county, becuase if you do anything to remove these people, althought they didn't pay rent, and you didn't do it to the letter of the law and file all the appropiate notices YOU WILL GET FUCKED BY THE JUDGE IN COURT AND HAVE YOUR OWN CASE DELAYED/DENIED.
I was curious and had spoken to a legal service back in February..the lawer said it hard no more to put the bishes out in the winter...even with kids...![]()

Shit...I'm like how the Jews say,"never again"...would I be a landlord.
MA is one of THE most "tenant-friendly" states in the US. Landlords ain't shyt in MA.
