No it doesn’t. You do know most of the celebrity marriages and relationships are arranged right? Why do you think they all date the same women? Because “normal” women will run away or blow the whistle on what they are involved in and that is a big “no”.
They even arrange a lot of the parental unions as well and look to breed children with certain celebrities and have them on certain days. Hollywood celebrities even have to sacrifice their children if asked to keep their fame (e.g. John Legend). Once you get in that cult, there is no way out except for death or destitution.
