A model shot her husband five times before turning the gun on herself in a shocking murder-suicide on a high-rise balcony.
Sabrina Kasniqi, 27, gunned down Pajtim Kasniqi, 34, on the 45th floor of the Beach Club II Hallandale luxury condo tower overlooking Hallandale Beach, north of Miami, at about 12.30am on Wednesday.
The couple's bodies could be seen lying on the balcony next to apartment 4508, as police searched inside and blood dripped over the edge onto lower balconies.
Pajtim was part of a large Albanian family that immigrated to the US from Peja in Kosovo, and his wife's family was also originally from the Balkan country.
Sabrina was a model under her maiden name, Sabrina Dzaferovic, and the couple lived in Astroia, Queens, in New York City.
Pajtim's large family, whose nephew told DailyMail.com they didn't know why he was killed, mourned him online and lashed out at his wife.

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – The 27-year-old woman who police said was behind a murder-suicide in Hallandale Beach had worked as a model in New York.
Sabrina Dzaferovic had lived at the corner of 21st Avenue and 35th Street in Astoria, a neighborhood in Queens where migrants from Balkan countries mix. She had a Backstage profile with headshots and photographs that included her in a bikini on a motorcycle. A few years ago, a photojournalist filmed the voluptuous model walking in Times Square for an Inside Edition report by Lisa Guerrero about the hassles of street catcalling.
After the video showed men she didn’t know shouting crude comments about her body and appearance, she said, “It just makes you have the heebie-jeebies.”
Detectives identified Dzaferovic as Sabrina Krasniqi, the woman who had fatally shot her husband, Pajtim Krasniqi, and then herself on Wednesday in the balcony of The Beach Club II’s apartment 4508 at 1830 South Ocean Drive, in Hallandale Beach. The Albanian American from New York and Peja, Kosovo was 34. He had survived a motorcycle crash in 2018.

A Shot Spotter recorded five quick gunshots fired, a short pause, and a sixth gunshot. Albana Krasniqi wrote on Facebook that her sister-in-law had shot her younger brother five times in the chest on the eve of Thanksgiving Day.
“She betrayed him, his love, and his trust. She shattered my family. My siblings and I will never be the same. I’m terrified my mother will not ever recover,” the grieving woman wrote on Thursday.
Aerial images of the apartment with an ocean view showed a heart-shaped box with roses and a teddy bear. Yellow and white tarps covered their bodies on the balcony. Detectives were still investigating the motive when Vox News Albania reported “adultery” was “suspected as the cause.”
