Nope. It's not well nor good that his public profile almost exactly matches that of a dangerous cult leader.
As for his not having a cult, that's debatable. He definitely speaks to his followers like a cult leader would, employing many of the same tactics including "shaming" .

For him to say he's helping kids in school is no big deal and doesnt require any leap of faith. or evidence really, except for those people whos kids would be seeing him

And then , yes, if he's trying to sell us on this school idea BASED on his prior practice, yes , there should be evidence of that. Not from blogs or social media updates. I don't know what he's about to lose. I just read his Instagram post. Does anyone know what the actual charges are? If he is on the up and up, this seems like the best thing that can happen to him. Why? This seems to be the best way to prove once and for all he is legit. It will finally prove he is a certified psychologist. He can prove once and for all how the money for the school is being handled. Everything will be documented as official record.
