Now that I come to think about it, the Asian sales rep gave up the heads up on the white sales reps on her team and is probably the most fair out of them all.

The funny shit is that we are apart of the same overall team but different departments, so her notifying us and vice versa does not affect either of our commission percentages. I'm salary based with incentives and bonuses... It's mostly the principle of the matter, feel me?
