DO NOT build your main sites on this shit. All these fuckers start out with the same bullshit line of NO ADVERTISING.

This is how it works.

They will steal your traffic. They will use a script that re-directs visitors to their adpage when people click your link.

Ain't shit free and ALL them freehosts gotta pay a bandwith bill. Even BGOL ain't free no more.:lol:

Break that down for me because I didn't get all that. You said this is how they "start out." They steal traffic using a re-direct script to an advertizing page when people click my links. Explain it to me in better detail. Again, I did 1&1 for 3 years free and had links and NONE of my visitors ever got re-directed.

Thanks. I'll check it out. Like DJ Morpheus said i wouldn't recommend putting main sites on this host or any free host in general. Web hosting is not that expensive.

They don't djdez. I just finished putting up a test site last night. But I get the apprehension. Free ain't always free. Try to use your "unlimited" cable internet connection and go 24/7 downloading porn, videos and shit and see how quick COX cable sends you what their explaination of what "unlimited" means to them.

What I do object to is when I post something, (I've seen it happen to other posters too) I think will help those who might want to create a website and see if they can make a few bucks or whatever while it lasts, and out come the haters shitting in the thread.

(It's could be used to setup a website, host your pictures on it and use it to redirect to BGOL, without penality. Which is what I'll probably use it for.)

Getting back to my point, I don't really mind flies buzzing over my shit, provided they at least produce evidence because saying "I know how it works" doesn't help anybody see shit.

Like I said, this isn't my site. I don't get anything from them so you can use it, or bypass the post entirely. I don't give a damn.

Somebody dropped the info on me. I did my due dilligence and checked it out around the net, AND dropped a PM on HNIC to get his blessing, before I posted it. What I got from around the net was it was legit. If you find out different, bring the proof or shut the fuck up and let a brother do some uplift.

I'm about building up my people when I can and I think this drop contributes in that process.

Check it out playboy because some things I understand are not obvious to everybody.

What that means is if you decide to continue beyond the free period, it ain't gonna be free. If you want to continue hosting your site with their servers, you can but they will charge you for it.

To me that means you have five years to establish yourself as a player on the internet on their dime. Which includes figuring out how to make your site pay for itself in the event your site is getting traffic.

Asking for your address standard legal shit. If you got warrants, or child support issues and worried about that, don't give them a real address.

Just my advice.

Okay, I was just asking because you said the terms eventually changed with your previous host, I didn't know if that was sudden or what, so I figured I'd ask in case it ended up being the case here.

Also if you do a successful adult sight you are going to go over the bandwith and space so they will in turn make their money there and/or you move up to a pay version (size) account
