First off there aren't enough black little league coaches around. That's a huge factor. Little league sports are heavily segregated these days. 2nd baseball is not a game you can really enjoy on tv. When you actually go to the games it's a lot more enjoyable. Football and basketball are enjoyable to view on tv versus baseball. Football has gotten to the point where it's not so great to go to games because of tv and technology. Basketball is the best because it's awesome on TV and great to see live.
