The problem with BGOL as a forum is female posters have always been viciously attacked and constantly insulted on so many levels so we end up with very little contribution from the ladies which is sad.
A lot of the male posters lack the ability to engage with a female perspective without resorting to personal insults and bullying.
I wish there were more female posters and contributions but I don't think that will ever happen. We always have too many men who will always attack and denigrate female perspectives just because they are on the internet.

Sometimes I go through and read old threads I and other members created, and I'll see people with over 2000 posts, and I'm like, 'Who in the fuck is that?' That happens ALL the time. I've been here for almost eight years, and there are people with over 500 posts that I don't even recognize?
Because there are so few women posting, there is going to be either an extremely small no. of interesting personalities/perspective, or none at all. If there were just as many men as women, there would be no reason to ask this question. There would be more exceptional female personalities.
Frankly, unless you love/hate Kobe/LA and Lebron/Miami, we probably don't talk enough for me to remember you.
Of course, there are the 'super-egos' on this forum who post so much that it's impossible to not notice them.
It's just funny how this forum has different little 'worlds' that certain members frequent, and you can have a member with over 10k post that you've never said anything to, because you guys don't share any of the same interest.
