DMV beaches....

Have you notice more women wear thongs to the beaches in the DMV area? I thought it was out lawed in Virginia.

Thongs or similar bikini's are against the law in VA but are legal in MD. If women are wearing them more, it's more so because women seem to be wearing less in general in certain age groups. Not to mention when they travel to South Beach & places like that then come back.
