Shit was definitely hitting her all at once holding the kitten. Killing the guy with the AC unit. Ray and and his brother's long-time strife. Her getting assaulted by Varga's guys. The death of Ray. Being apprehended at the motel. The crash and subsequent attack on the transport bus leading to the bloodbath/bloodshed in the woods before entering the bowling alley. A series of fucked-up events as she's holding the kitten "Ray".

fargo the movie & the show have always have female characters that are smarter, more cunning & more component than most of the men on the show
but they really have out done themselves this season with Nikki & Gloria. Nikki is the only on the show period to get the upperhand on Verga and she did it a few times.
And Gloria the only one in the police department that has a fucking clue (even her sidekick in the other department better police than most of the police we've seen so far)
