He didn't look that good this fight, but I'm willing to bet whoever they put in front of him next fight he will win

dude hasnt looked that great in awhile and his competition hasnt been top level yet

i wouldnt jump on that limb and guarantee a victory for dude unless he goes back down in weight

All of this. He just stands there and takes the punches with no movement. Usually the recipe to beat Floyd is a good jab. The key to Floyd though is that he times your jab with a left hook or the straight right. Without that you could pot shot Floyd all day long.

Roger may not articulate it well, but he knows what's the deal.

Broner doesn't have the defensive ability or foot work to really be something special yet. Plus he gives too many rounds away. Look at that boring Mitchell / Banks fight. Banks was hurting Michell with those power punches, but Mitchell weathered the storm and kept connecting on jabs and body work. He won on points because Banks didn't give the judges a reason to give him the fight.

Broner wasn't hurt last night and his power punches hurt Paulie, but Paulie appeared more active and won rounds just off sheer volume.

Floyd gives away at most the first two rounds to get his opponents timing then dominates the rest of the fight. AB doesn't look like he's got that ability or boxing IQ yet..
