Not really. He said he was going to KO Paulie--actually he said he was going to knock Paulie "the fuck out"--an if he didn't finish Paulie, Paulie's face would be wrecked. NONE of that happened. Probably should have said the "perceived recipe." It's what everyone says is the way to beat him. The problem - ninjas stop throwing. The reason being - he counters them and most importantly times their jab with a few left hooks and straight rights when they get ready to jab. That gets them thinking instead of firing the jab (a la Larry holmes) from learned memory.
