the reasons the domestic issues weren't charged is due to potential issues of jurisdiction (state crimes that might have occured in dozens of cities with differing laws), statute of limitations, and imo lazy ass prosecutors

but as you can now see - this team of prosecutors brought to trial a case built on baby oil cut corners and hearsay
These lawyers were literally trying to convict using unfounded allegations of crimes not charged or later dropped before trials end
