Cassie's settlment had no impact on the charging - its a civil settlment - that doesn't prevent criminal charges
the reasons the domestic issues weren't charged is due to potential issues of jurisdiction (state crimes that might have occured in dozens of cities with differing laws), statute of limitations, and imo lazy ass prosecutors

Boxers are compensated in the millions. She should have gotten more than 20 mill.

Not that it'd be any better, but it's not like he just smacked her. This really isn't the hill to die on. This isn't hearsay like his other alleged victims. We saw the video.

Even if you believe she was with the extreme sex acts, most would argue there is a high probability that she behaved out of fear. Why did she stay or keep returning? We heard what allegedly happened to a people attempted to work with her. The only reason he probably left her alone is because her husband wasn't in the industry. There was no way to control him (blackball) or threaten him without it going to law enforcement.

That said, he wasn't charged for that and multiple years in prison/jail for prostitution is excessive. Puff being in prison isn't going to be like if it were one of us. There are people in prison who don't belong there at all. Puff isn't innocent like them.

If Im Puff, I don't think so. Yes, you'll be a way from your family but you aren't exactly the average inmate. Maybe if you are forced to be in PC, but Puff can likely still have free world things or safety in general. Also, as ignorant as it sounds Puff would probably win more respect by doing the time. He gets to also say he repented and has changed. If he survives mentally, Puff leverages his prison time into a power play.

Not to downplay prison but Puff is more so experiencing extreme bootcamp compared to other inmates in theory. Nothing is likely to happen to him physically anyway.

Plus Trump isn't going to let Puff get off with just thank you. He'd have Puff endorsing all types of shit. Puff already has it bad, but alot of people still support him. Siding with Trump would hurt anything he tries to do moving forward.
