Respectfully, you're wrong. And I think it's because you don't know what the feds have to prove. They don't have to prove a "network of people working with Diddy reaping benefits." The government only needs to prove TWO predicate crimes over a ten year period, and we haven't even gotten to a lot of the government's witnesses. But thus far, we've seen BRIBERY (a predicate crime under RICO: Paying off the hotel staff for the video of him beating and dragging Cassie), and we've seen EXTORTION (a predicate crime under RICO: Diddy demanding 20k from Cassie's mom to not release her sex tapes). And technically, Diddy dragging Cassie back to her room falls under KIDNAPPING under the letter of the federal law. That's ALL that's needed for conviction, and there's been so much more direct testimony offered. Who knows what a jury will say, but to say "no evidence" is ill-informed at best.
