Fam, it's my understanding that Cudi could only plead the 5th if his testimony could reasonably expose him to criminal liability. And if that's not the case and he invoked the 5th improperly or refused to testify without valid grounds, he could catch a contempt charge. So again, was he supposed to go to jail to protect the nigga that torched his car and maybe tried to poison him? That's a lot to ask for a taxpaying civilian with a NETFLIX show and brand deals.
