I believe the prosecution fucked up. If he has one iota of legal information in those documents they went through. That case should be thrown out. Not defending Diddy, BUT in the history of this country it's been proven that the courts (prosecutors etc) aren't above altering evidence, not supplying the defense with evidence etc. So IF the government did alter the video, then they should be held accountable.

His legal team is disputing the video that was entered into evidence by the prosecution during his bail hearings. This has nothing to do with the original video that was shown before he was arrested.
