Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan sued the disgraced music mogul for $10 million, claiming he also molested her and detailed his frequent alleged abuse of his then-girlfriend Ventura.
The artist's lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, claimed the near-death experience was on September 26, 2016, after one of Diddy's notorious 'freak offs'.
Diddy is behind bars charged with sex trafficking and other horrifying crimes, and accused of running sexually degrading 'freak offs' after his notorious parties.
Bongolan was not involved in the 'freak off', but Ventura's own lawsuit filed last November recalled the incident was after she was forced to have sex with a male sex worker.
'The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,' Bongolan lawsuit read.
'It should be no surprise that is exactly what happened to Ms Bongolan.'

Agreed. I always mention to friends and family to keep an eye out when their banks have the promos for new (and existing) customers. The main bank I deal with has been doing promos of 5.35 - 5.95% the past year, which is much better than the 0.30 - 0.70% rates.
The current promo was from Sept. 5th to Nov. 30th (today) on all deposits, so I made sure to move plenty of $ in that direction, before longer term investments elsewhere.
