Yes the civil cases he got all of them pending, it’s gonna cost more to defend them than to settle. The criminal case has nothing to do with the civil cases.

I just watched an interview today where Gene Deal references this interview but instead says that it confirms Puff has been trying to have him killed

Here's the thing is that they haven't even charged him for he crimes he committed even with the evidence that had nothing to do with freak-offs.
I think he reached the statute of limitations for criminal charges for a lot of those. The assault on Cassie definitely is outside the statute. She was able to file the civil suit due to the unique law NY State has. And now that it is widely known she has taken money in exchange to drop the civil suit, she can't be relied on as a strong witness for any other litigates.
