Thinking of it the fact that the judge referred to him as a danger to others to me means its unlikely he gets time served when he's sentenced in a few months.
If the judge views him that way now after close to a year in prison I doubt he ciews him differently in a few months when he's sentenced.
I'm guessing at best he's getting the 4-5 years and will be out in 1.5 - 2 years on parole.

Thats the problem with some people. There's a difference between being innocent and being not found guilty.
