Basically.... I was thinking that exact same thing.
But yesterday episode was tight... especially the ending. That was legitimately creepy.
They also love reusing locations and sets,couldve sworn ive seen that dock area in The Flash and Arrow as well..where H-Funk at
I was thinking that that Hospital looks like the same set that they use for the Saving Hope medical show.

all this show needs to do is air on Saturday mornings and have the logo before each episodes
