Yeah, the first season had my attention because there was a bit of mystery to it, now, I find myself focusing on other shit while I watch it.

But this slap stick vaudeville style ray and Gary have decided to go with is not the move, they trying to copy Damian natural quirky delivery

Malcolm, Damian thawne, rip hunter, Mick even cold had to really work to develop that.

One of her granddaughters is out there still risking her life to save people without having powers.. While at the same time you are talking to Amaya about fighting destiny and not listening to it. WTF man.. I get that you love her, but it's not meant to be.
Naw... Mick is perfect with the Totem.. It is actually giving him a purpose and is starting to open up cool things with his character.. The biggest being his self doubt that he is worthy of being called a hero.

See now you get... When Vixen is allowed to just be Vixen. You have this tough focused woman that knows she has alot riding on her shoulders. Its a great contrast to Sara. They are both basically the same type of character... its just where Sara is a little bit more shoot from the hip.. Amaya straight by the books. I wish they had more Sara and Amaya team ups. It's just crazy that when she is paired with the other characters she is allowed to shine and be Vixen.... Yet when she is paired with Steel she just becomes the love object. She looses what makes her work.
And Like you.... I actually really like the Actor playing Steel. Dude is legit Funny.. but this pairing has turned me off of his character. The fucked up thing is that I don't know where he would fit on another arrowverse show.

Personally I just wish they gave her a legit 24 minute cartoon series on CW seed and not that bullshit that they pulled with the Vixen and Constantine Series.
Man Constantine Series 1... equals exactly 24 minutes. All that waiting for essentially 1 episode.

They are so different.. Yet so alike and they have built up enough history with them as individual characters that there is at least a seasons worth of shit to use to show growth between the two..

The entire series hasn't been about her lesbian sex life.... She only hooked with Ava two episodes ago and the episode before that Sara messed around with Constantine. This is the first time they really talked about Sara's relationships.
And on the real... I much rather them focus on Sara and not the never ending horse shit show of Nate and Amaya.

They have to revamp his character at this point.
Maybe he needs to be angry or ice cold to be steel something he can't control completely.

they needed to give the justice society a legit run. A 6 part moni series would have been a ratings hit, great replay value and fertile ground for spin offs and universe building
I feel like the show as a whole the writers and that actress is not given enough credit for just how well a bi sexual female character has been portrayed so well.
The LGBTQ community should be championing this show...

I don't think she's written well. The writers force her sexuality on the show. She has slept with so many people I lost track. It adds nothing to the show or her charaster. Sara is the captain & get's more screen time but the writers aren't giving me enough to care if she lives or dies. If she goes away, I wouldn't miss her.
I think thats kind of the point.... It's like what they did with Rip. They give you enough... but not so much that you start feeling like any of the characters is untouchable. The only touchable thing right now is the ship.
And like BurgerPimp point out... I'm digging the Female Captain Jack vibe about it.
Which also reminds me... that I need to try to find Torchwood. I loved that show. Talk about a show that wasn't afraid to kill of characters.
